BIO_

Suzanne Boulet is an artist-researcher based in Geneva (Switzerland). Her practice takes the form of site-specific installations, handcrafted objects, videos and textual interventions. Often operating at the threshold of what is perceptible, she explores the notion of viscerality through successive connotations and seeks to capture sensory and emotional situations that belong to the realm of the unspeakable. On a theoretical level, her research places great importance on the intelligence of the body and examines concepts such as “apticity” and textility[1], each understood in both their concrete and figurative senses. After studying design at ENSAAMA (Olivier de Serres, Paris, France), she pursued a research master's degree in visual arts (CCC_critical, curatorial, cybermedia) at HEAD–Geneva (Switzerland) and completes a PhD in art and art education in 2026, through a joint doctoral supervision arrangement between Université Bordeaux-Montaigne (France) and HEP-Vaud (Switzerland).
